Project summary

For Philip Morris in Kazakhstan we organised a New Year corporate party in the concept of «A Midsummer Winter's Dream», turning the event into an atmospheric event project with immersive delivery and a vibrant evening programme.As part of organising the event we designed the hall in the style of a Shakespearean fairy tale, created a striking visual space and enhanced the atmosphere with hostesses in elf costumes and a live immersive performance.The musical part of the evening was accompanied by a cover band with a specially selected repertoire that supported the overall mood of the event. The finale of the corporate event was a bright stage accent with confetti cannons and an energetic dance part.The project showed how the script, décor, show programme and venue coordination help bring a New Year corporate party into a cohesive evening programme for employees.
