Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking a separate consent box and submitting a form on the site, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest, gives Besson Agency and its related legal entities consent to the processing of personal data.

1. Data composition

Name, email, phone, country or phone code, project information, the content of the enquiry, brief, tender documents, files, the site's technical data and other data that the user voluntarily submits through the form or subsequent correspondence.

2. Purposes of processing

Receiving the request, communicating with the user, preparing a proposal or estimate, agreeing the project, fulfilling agreements, storing the enquiry history, and ensuring the security of the site and document flow.

3. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer within the group of companies and to engaged contractors, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of data, including automated and non-automated processing.

4. Territory of processing

Data may be processed in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries, if necessary for the operation of the site, receiving requests, storing files, communication or delivering the project, subject to the applicable data protection requirements.

5. Validity period

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, consent is withdrawn or other grounds for terminating processing arise under applicable law.

6. Withdrawal of consent

Consent can be withdrawn by writing to hello@besson.agency. After withdrawal, Besson Agency stops processing, except where further storage or processing is permitted or required by law.
