2. What data is processed

• name, phone, email and other contact details the user provides in the form;
• project information, brief, tender documents and other files attached to the request;
• the site's technical data: IP address, language, browser, device and session information, cookies and actions on the site;
• business correspondence and the history of communications regarding the request or project.

3. Purposes of processing

• receiving and processing the request, preparing a reply, estimate or commercial proposal;
• communicating with the user and agreeing the project;
• organising BTL, event, production and related services;
• maintaining contractual, accounting and reporting documentation;
• running the site, interface analytics, security and abuse prevention;
• sending marketing and informational messages only with the user's separate consent.

4. Legal bases

Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, the need to respond to an enquiry, the preparation or performance of a contract, compliance with the applicable legal requirements of Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and the legitimate interest in ensuring the site's security and service quality.

5. Transfer and cross-border processing

Data may be transferred within the group of companies, to branches and to contractors who help receive requests, store files, maintain the site, carry out communication and deliver the project. Such transfer is limited to the necessary amount of data. When using services outside the user's country, Besson Agency takes reasonable measures to protect the data and comply with the applicable requirements on cross-border transfer.

6. Retention period

Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved, consent is withdrawn, mandatory document retention periods end, or until storage is no longer required to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Besson Agency.

7. User rights

The user can request access to their data, its clarification, restriction of processing, deletion, withdrawal of consent, information about data transfer and the cessation of marketing messages. The request is sent to hello@besson.agency.
