About the project
For BAT in Almaty we organised a turnkey international marketing conference as a two-day event project. The team took on the full cycle of organising the event: buying out the hotel, guest logistics, venue preparation, merch and screen production and full event coordination.On the first day we ran a business conference with interactive activities, simultaneous English-to-Russian interpretation and an impressive activation of a branded stele at a key moment of the programme.On the second day we delivered a themed team building of 7 stations, each representing a participating country through national games and sweets. The finale of the project was a gala dinner in the Eternal City with a cover band.The case study shows how logistics, simultaneous interpretation, team building, production and venue coordination help bring an international audience into a managed two-day format.
