About the project
For UZ BAT we organised a corporate event for 350 company employees in the style of the Oscars, turning the evening into a vivid event project with a cinematic atmosphere and a strong show delivery.As part of organising the event we set up an entrance group with a red carpet, created the effect of a star arrival with applause and camera flashes, developed a photo zone in Oscar aesthetics and produced branded statuettes.One of the key elements of the event was the preparation and filming of films featuring the company's employees, which were then shown in the evening's programme and became a central part of the script. An additional highlight of the event was an unusual welcome zone where guests were handed champagne through an art installation with hands appearing from behind a screen.The finale of the corporate event was a vibrant disco for the employees. The case study shows how the script, video production, welcome zone and venue coordination bring a themed corporate party into a cohesive branded programme.
